Fish & Celebrates Grand Opening at Eden Island Marina
Fish & officially celebrated its Grand Opening on 15 June at Eden Island Marina, marking the arrival of a new dining destination and bringing together food lovers, friends of the restaurant, media representatives and members of government institutions for an evening celebrating the arrival of a new dining destination in Seychelles.
Set against the backdrop of Eden Island Marina at sunset, the celebration began with a Welcome Reception, where guests enjoyed drinks, canapés and waterfront views before the official opening ceremony. Chef Yurii Kovryzhenko personally greeted guests, presenting a selection of signature bites and introducing the culinary philosophy behind Fish & through informal conversations and tastings.
Chef Yurii Kovryzhenko, laureate of the Global Chef Award 2017 in Singapore, President of Bocuse d’Or Ukraine and a chef behind restaurant projects from London to Dubai, leads the culinary vision behind Fish &.

One of the highlights of the evening was the ceremonial ribbon cutting, officially marking the opening of Fish &. The celebration continued with a signature seafood presentation, featuring a whole fish served as part of a shared tasting experience that quickly became one of the defining moments of the evening.
The evening also featured a lucky draw with exclusive prizes, including a Chef’s Tasting Menu for Two, a Champagne Experience and a Luxury Catamaran Experience provided by official event partner CharterClick.
