MEET GUEST CHEF PETRO GUDZOVATYI
Petro Gudzovatyi is an internationally experienced sushi chef whose career has taken him across Poland, Norway and Abu Dhabi, including experience in 5-star hospitality and with the Nobu brand.
A World Sushi Cup finalist and holder of the Sushi Skill KURO-OBI 1st Dan Certificate, Petro combines traditional Japanese sushi techniques with premium ingredients and a contemporary approach.
Today, he is the founder of Fat Cat Sushi&Ramen in Warsaw and works internationally as a sushi consultant, trainer and guest chef.
